Lodging: first night room rate will hold your reservation, remaining balance is due upon arrival. Any damages to the rooms or for facilities will be charged to the person making the reservation at cost, plus a $50-100 service fee. The person making the reservation is responsible for all of thier guests.
Event: A security deposit of $200 is required to hold your date and time. Security deposits will be returned by mail within 14 days after your event.
CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event you have to cancel, please note the following cancellation policy: Reservations cancelled with less than 14 days notice will forfeit 100% of their deposit, 30 days or less 50% of their deposit. Deposits will be returned in full with more than 30 days notice. If you booked through a third party site the cancellation policies from that site apply.
FINAL PAYMENT: Final payment is due prior to the start of your event/stay.
PET POLICY: A maximum of two, clean, well behaved pets under 80 lbs each are welcome. A $50 pet fee per pet will be collected no later than check-in. All guests with pets are required to use the pet covers provided for the furniture for the duration of their stay. Additionally, since there is shared space with other families, children, and pets a current shot record showing current Rabies, Bordatella, Distemper/Parvo/Lepto is required prior to check in and your pet will be checked for fleas. To keep the grounds clean for all guests and to reduce the risk of yard "bombs" there is a designated dog walking area on the grounds and waste disposal area. However, as pet owners ourselves, we understand accidents happen and just expect you to be considerate of those coming after you and clean up after your pet.
Pine Drive Recreation Only - WAIVERS: A liability waiver will need to be signed by each guest/parent/guardian. A copy of the liability waiver can be found below. Tablets to sign eWaivers will be available the day of the event for anyone who has not signed a waiver prior to arrival.
Pine Drive Recreation: Please cheick in at the office, use the side door of the garage and go up the stairs. Follow the signs. Overnight guests check-in is at 4:00pm. Late check-in, after 9:00pm, please use the key code instructions to get yourself settled in for the night. Then check-in with the office in the morning to sign your waivers and make your payment. For single day events you can arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your event. 60 minutes for parties over 50.
On Pointe Lakefront Resort: Self-check in with Lock box.
Poolside suite and On Pointe Lakefront Resort guests check-in is at 4:00 pm.
CHECK-OUT: Check out is 10:00 am, later checkout may be available depending on other bookings, so ask the office if you would like a later checkout.
A check-out checklist will be provided at check-in with information regarding expectations prior to departure. Failure to comply with the checkout expectations could result in forfeiture of your security deposit in full, or a portion thereof.
For single day events you and your guests have 30 minutes following the end of your event for cleanup of any guest brought food or decorations. Please note we do not have to-go containers or storage for any leftover food. If you expect leftovers, please plan accordingly.
Pine Drive Recreation: There are signs along the driveway to designate parking and overflow spaces. Please park in designated guest parking only.
On Pointe Lakefront Resort: Each cottage has two parking spaces, please be considerate of other guests and try not to impede anyone’s ability to maneuver in and out of the resort.
